ABC Celebrate Life!

The programme was jointly designed by Wand Inspiration Network and After Breast Cancer (ABC) Celebrate Life! Founding Chairman Dr Karmen Wong for patients with early-stage (1-3) breast cancer who have completed chemotherapy within the last 3-years. The programme is designed for attendees to be more aware of their emotions, thinking patterns, strengths, vision and goals; to learn to manage grief and fear, and take charge to become happier and healthier; and to learn to turn negative thoughts into empowering positive thoughts.
